All Them Witches is one of my new favorite bands! I highly recommend them if you’re into bluesy rock – and I so am.
Now, I know this is one of those things that you just aren’t supposed to divulge to anyone and I know quite a few people who would take their recipe to the grave (conveniently, given the circumstance…):
I, however, am not so private – or rather, I don’t mind sharing a few trade secrets.
I don’t intend to hold you hand for this process or walk you through specifics. If you choose to attempt this recipe, you do so on your own free will – don’t put it on me.
Things You’ll Need:
Dirt from a Sinner’s Grave (it’s a loose term, but you’ll know it when you find it – always pay at the gates and at the stone)
Red Pepper Seeds
Black Peppercorns (whole is better, then crushed forcibly)
Black Salt (Kala Namak)
Sulphur Powder
Lava Rock (powdered)
Limestone (powdered)
Iron Oxide (scraped from iron nails)
Traditionally, Snake Skin/Shed is also added, but I prefer Powdered Slug
Powdered, Hot Red Peppers
Black Dog Hair
Gather your ingredients and take them into the cemetery – paying your way. Without reading any of the stones, make your way to its center (alt. count 7 stones and do you working at the 7th you come to – I find this to be a little insensitive, however, given the 7th stone was probably just an unsuspecting person in life, garnering no added benefit).
Once there, “wash” your hands with Dark Rum, and pour some unto the earth. Combine your ingredients in a bowl or bag, beginning with the (9) peppercorns and red pepper flakes. Crush them with a rock or in a mortar.
To this, add your Dirt and mix thoroughly. Add in: Powdered Lava Rock, Sulphur, Black Salt, Iron Oxide, and Limestone (in no particular order). In a separate vessel or simply on the ground, combine Black Dog Hair, Powdered Red Pepper and Powder Slug/Snakeskin. Scoop with hands and add to the dirt mixture.
Wash hands with Rum again, and dust them with Cascarilla.
Leave a Piece of Silver (Coins were ideal, but aren’t made with silver anymore – though coins are better than NOTHING) or light a Black Candle where you worked. Collect your belongings and take 7 paces backward, at which point turn away and do not look back until through the gates.
Standard
Lighting some candles for Baltimore. And I’d ask y’all to do the same.
Given the circumstances, they’re going to need all the protection they can get.
If the law doesn’t need a reason to attack, why should we to enact Justice on those who would attack senselessly those already persecuted and oppressed?
Light a candle. Light a few.
Let’s bring the hammer down, witches.
Despite its diverse usage – in other formulas – my recipe is specialized toward what I most often use it for. Love. That isn’t to say that this recipe could not be used for other things (with some minor tweaks), it’s simply that I use attraction oil almost solely for matters of the heart – possibly because I believe the heart to bring that which is truly needed and not just wanted.
With that being said, this is my base recipe – which I then add specialization to, but it can be used fine as is – its “raw” form.
Combine:
(5 -10 petals) Dried, crushed Rose Petals (Red and Coral being my personal favorites)
(½ to 1 tsp.) True Cinnamon Powder (or a Ceylon Cinnamon Stick)
(½ Tsp.) Anise Seed
(1 tsp) Rosemary (dried)
(1 tsp) Lavender (dried)
A pinch of Magnetic Sand
A few spritz of a heady perfume – I use Poême
Carrier Oil (of choice)
(¼ cup) Castor Oil
(Optional: Orange Blossom)
Combine carrier oil and castor oil in a small saucepan and warm over medium heat. Once warm, remove from heat and allow to sit for a few moments. Basically, so as to not deep fry the ingredients you”ll be adding!
Once cooled, but still too warm to touch – add in the dry ingredients except the magnetic sand (and the cinnamon stick, if you chose to use one). Add the sand (and stick) to the bottle in which you intend to store the oil – I prefer a dark bottle (amber or blue). After the oils and herbs have cooled to the point where they will not burn you if splashed, transfer it ALL to the bottle.
Do. Not. Strain.
Add in a few spritzes of perfume directly into the bottle, cover and shake thoroughly – then and before use.
Alternately, you could add your dry ingredients to the bottle and then pour the warm oil over it – but I prefer to see my oil before I bottle it.
WARNING: Perfumes are most often alcohol-based, making them a fire hazard. In all my years, I’ve never had a problem using this for anointing candles, but regardless – USE CAREFULLY.
