Do any of you Quimbandeirxs know whose ponto this is? It was shown to me by Maria Padilha and I’m having trouble figuring out who it is for. It does look like a few of hers, but I don’t know why she’d be showing me her own ponto, especially considering it seemed that she was directing me to someone else.

Alguém sabe cujo ponto é este? Maria Padilha mostrou lo para mim e estou tendo dificuldade para descobrir quem ele pertence. Parece que uma dela, mas ela parecia estar guiando-me para outra pessoa.

Circle of Convergence

To be used when a “natural” place of convergence cannot be accessed (a crossroads, ley lines, as well as more metaphorical “gateways,” such a cemeteries or doorways) and/or in addition to one already present. 

It acts as a focal point and catalyst for energy/planar convergence, functioning as a gateway in itself or a funnel through which objects might be enchanted. 

To use, draw on the ground (if at a crossroads, nearest its center you can manage; if at a cemetery, nearest the central cross) with pemba, white sand, white chalk, cascarilla or any preferred white medium beginning with the central cross and then building the rest of the symbol around thusly. After complete, it’s uses are nearly endless and align with dozens of rituals.
