And @the-darkest-of-lights that’s hilarious. I know you’re correct, but I live in the middle nowhere, I’m lucky enough to find to find soy sauce, much less an Asian market! I think there might be one an hour away, though. I might have to make a trip.
Asian markets may not be available to you, but what about a Mexican grocery store? They often have butcher counters, and will happily sell you a mess of chicken feet. If not I have a ton of dried prepared chicken feet and I’ll sell you some >_>
