I’ve been looking for this video/vine for two {fucking} hours and still can’t find it. It’s some 80s/90s cartoon and there’s this woman and something disintegrates in her hand and she makes this hilarious shriek and I need to watch it to stay alive. Someone please help.

The first time I watched it I cried and I need to feel that overwhelming joy again.
